EXPERIENCED Disability Support Workers in the South East Queensland
Ripley Southeast Ipswich, or Pimpama, Paradise Point Gold Coast or Yarrabilba Logan.
Position: Experienced Disability Support Worker (Casual)
Pay Rate: $40.26+ per hour (standard day shift), plus penalty rates for night shift, sleepover, and weekend and public holidays.
Roster: Shift work ranging from 8 to 14 -hour shifts Monday to Sunday

We Are Actively Seeking
We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as disability support workers. Our available shifts vary, encompassing all aspects of the disability field. We are looking for candidates with experience in disability care, particularly those with experience working with challenging behaviours. Training in MAYBO is highly sought after as well as experience in related fields such as nursing, aged care, and those seeking meaningful engagement, like students or empty nest parents, is also highly valued.
Location and Flexibility
We have roles to fill in multiple locations such as Ripley Southeast Ipswich, Pimpama, Paradise Point Gold Coast, and Yarrabilba Logan. Flexibility is preferred, and AAA Advance Quality Care will try our best to accommodate your preferred roster if it suits you, the client, and the business.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- National Police Check
- Yellow Card
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Full working rights in Australia
- Updated Resume
- Experience preferred: Experience with NDIS clients who have challenging behaviours.
- Training in MAYBO is highly sought after but not necessary.
- 3rd party car insurance – Preferred but not required for selected clients.
